Capacity: seats up to 50 people
The room is 15' x 40'
Great for rehearsal dinners, graduation dinners, birthday parties, happy hours, business dinners and lunches.

PATIO:

Capacity: seats up to 90 people
Completely covered with fans (in summer) and heaters (in winter)
Great for happy hours, business events, birthday parties
You Can rent half or full patio

Space Confirmation and Guarantees

Dates are considered definite upon signing an agreement and providing a valid credit card number with our credit card authorization form. The estimated number of guests must be submitted 72 hours or three business days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not received, the original contracted attendance figure will be used as the final guarantee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing one week or 7 days prior to your event; otherwise the credit card on file will be charged the food and beverage minimum.

Audio Visual (AV) Equipment

Haven does not have any AV equipment. You must inform us at the time of your booking if any AV is needed. A minimum of 48 hours is required to place any AV orders through outside company.
